Urban Serving performs the critical step of ensuring due process by serving consumers/defendants with written notice of the claims pending against them. We recognize that the national environment for high volume civil litigation is changing and that process service companies need to change as well. We know that many of you, our clients, file suits on behalf of the largest national banks and debt buyers in the country, who are in turn subject to new and ever-changing Federal regulation designed to protect the consumer/defendant through greater regulation of debt collection attorneys and the process servers who serve their pleadings.
